- Waste Management Stickers $3.24 each
- Discounted movie tickets*:
AMC/Loews $7.50 each
Cinemark $7.50 each
- Advertising Board
- Pace Bus Reimbursement
- Party Room Rentals

Saturday
10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 Noon -
8:00 PM
Closing Packages
All Homeowners - you must have your attorney call the Village IV office at (630) 960-2850 for
a closing package. This package is required to close on your home.
Information regarding the closing package
fee can also be obtained from the Village IV office.
Please allow the Village IV office two weeks to process the
closing package for your home.
