Hourly rates are $30.00/hour during normal clubhouse hours. If parties go beyond clubhouse
hours (9:00 PM on Fridays, 10:00 PM on Saturdays, 8:00 PM on Sundays), there is a $10.00/hour surcharge.
To reserve the Party Room, a member must submit a Party Room Rental Agreement form
along with 2 checks for $225.00 to the Clubhouse Office. One of the checks is deposited and applied to your rental charges,
the other is held as a security deposit.
Effective January 1, 2011, there is a $50.00 booking fee payable within three days
to hold your reservation. Balance of fees due at regular contract date. Please call the clubhouse office
for details.
